What are the purposes and basis for processing your personal data?
We collect and process your personal data to conduct the recruitment process for a vacant position in accordance with the law, pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR in conjunction with Article 221(1) and (3) of the Labor Code, and also – in the event that you voluntarily provide us with more data than is required by law, including in particular health data, and in the event of consent to participate in future DRIMER recruitment processes – pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
Who can we share your personal data with?
Your data may be transferred to entities whose services we use as part of DRIMER's business. In particular, these will include entities providing IT, banking, postal, and legal services.

DRIMER takes the necessary measures to ensure adequate protection of your data, and the providers of these services ensure that, in the event of data transfer to third countries, such transfer takes place based on mechanisms permitted by the GDPR, including, in particular, the European Commission's decision of July 10, 2023, confirming the adequate level of protection of personal data provided by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Your personal data is not and will not be transferred to international organizations.
